Similar to paying rent, maintenance requests can be submitted via the resident portal.
Yes, emergency maintenance is available. Qualifying emergencies include flooding,
a toilet that will not flush when there is only one toilet, no heat when temperatures
are below freezing, no air conditioning when temperatures are above 85°F, and fire.
Yes. It includes internet, smart locks, and a smart thermostat.
Yes, there are washer and dryers in each unit.
Yes, parking is included for a $25.00 monthly fee.
Two pets per apartment are allowed, not to exceed 85 lbs combined. Some breed restrictions apply.
A one-time pet fee of $300 for one pet with $30 monthly pet rent applies.
For two pets, the one-time fee is $450 with $60 monthly pet rent.
Yes, through our corporate rental division.
Yes. VIP parking spots are available for $100 per month.
Our community amenities include a 24-hour fitness facility, pool, cyber café,
conference room, clubhouse with pool table, arcade game, foosball, music room,
fire pit table, and a pet park.
No, there is no guest suite.
